5 different drills to improve movability technique in your BJJ, MMA and grappling game: Duck walk, Shrug, Shrimp, Double Shrimp, Sitting Shrimp. Good as a warm up drill. Also good for self / solo training and when you are recovering from injuries or as a technical cardio exercise
