Of course there's free speech in the UK. Who told of there wasn't? But free speech to too much extreme can be a bad thing. @ochick1 Laws are written by the House of Commons, then pasted onto the House of Lords, then sent onto the queen for signature.

She does have powers if she doesn't sign the laws, they don't get passed.

Let's not forget, when an PC (In Britian) signs up, (s)he has to swear alliegance to the Queen.

@LossGaming You can abuse the Queen. I live in Scotland and people say it every time she is mentioned (Even when she is present). She is Queen in name only. She has 0 powers. She is is there for serimonial purposes in parliment. She gets the title because of the agreement with Geroge III that allows the Government to use her land in return for her keeping the title and a sum of money. Which the Government makes 160m out of and gives 40m to the Queen.

They maximised deaths by having a constant bombing raid so they couldnt escape. @LossGaming Were not realy subjects of the Queen. She just a figure head. Having her is a act of nationalism because she is a main part of our culture. She makes her money from her owning lots of land which is part of the agreement Geroge III made with the government. And we do have freedom of speach. E.g we can vote the BMP if we wish.

The woman was not arrested for disagreeing with immigrants, she was arrested for racist behaviour. Which before you yanks play the "Freedom of speach" card, we don't have such a thing over here. We're a monarchy, we're all subjects to the Queen if we like it or not.
