The two kids you see Gloria with in some stills are Butch and Buddy (Billy Lenhart and Kenneth Brown).
The song in the video is "I'm Like a Bird" and was composed by Charles Previn for Gloria who sings it in "The Under-Pup". Gloria's grandfather is played by C. Aubrey Smith, who also appeared with Gloria in "A Little Bit of Heaven."

I was born in Bombay in what was then British India, and I had a crush on Gloria Jean when I was in school during World War Two. She was so pretty. I wrote to her about it recently, and received a reply. I hadn't heard her beautiful voice in years. Thanks for the lovely video.
