This scene reminds me of my grandma. When she was 22 she met a boy who worked on the railroad. One day he asked her what her biggest hopes were. She said she wanted to have children, see Paris, and fly without being afraid (hated flying) On day he blindfolded her, led her to the front of a train, and climbed up behind her on the emergency platform. They weren't very high up, but she said it was just like this scene. Grandpa proposed to her just as the train pulled into what was then Paris, WV.
