@Darkstarfoxx Yea, I'm not sure either. Technically, Cell is supposed to get stronger after every fight, i.e. the Saiyan cells he has in his bloodstream. And even with that added in, I wouldn't think that the power Cell gains from absorbing regular human beings from the populace would amount to what Piccolo gained from fusing with Kame. Just another battle flaw the writers are hoping everyone overlooks to make the story flow more fluently, I guess.
