This video shows some simple techniques for you to perform therapeutic massage when working with your own ankle sprains. Most ankle sprains are inversion type of sprain due to the design of the ankle joint. We recommend that both inner and outer parts of the lower leg and ankle be treated to regain a balanced joint structure in inversion or eversion ankle sprains.
The ankle joint itself can be treated daily and the techniques shown should be performed twice a day for 10-15 minutes a session. If you are into sports, martial arts, running, or have just injured your ankle somehow, we hope that this video can get you on the road to effective healing.
