Hacked Modern Warfare 2 PC Match: Modded XP, Game Mode & Jumps

I came into this match without knowing what happened. I chose "domination", but came in a match of S&D as spectator. They said the match was hacked, and this guy named "ADMIN" could change literally everything. He could start/end the game whenever he wanted, increase/decrease the amount of XP per kill or assist and even change the map and game mode to whatever he liked, even hidden game-modes like "arena" (basically S&D but with a flag instead of bombs). He even banned the players that annoyed him (because of too much tubing, or capturing flags while he didn't want them to).

It was pretty funny with those huge jumps, and I got from level 67 to 70 in a few matches. If anyone knows how you can do this, please share it.
