Plenary Session
Does Arab Business Care?
As many Arab companies start to brand themselves as global players, there is growing realization that they have a civic duty to become global stakeholders alongside governments and civil society to help solve global issues such as climate change, water shortages and corruption.
1) What do businesses in the Middle East and North Africa region do today to engage as corporate global citizens?
2) What are the potential financial implications of these global issues (climate change, water shortages and corruption) on companies in MENA?
3) What lessons can be learned from actively engaged and successful international corporations?
