hate this boss so much. I was there for ages not killing him trying to steal not knowing that he had an item with an aweful steal rate. Also his dance is stupid and i swear it looks like he's wearing bondage gear.

im playing ff9 again, and its third time i fight him, I have used steal like 60 times so far,and still couldnt get it. its so annoying!

it is a big i, followed by a small i. google says it's pronounced just as you were saying it, like ee-fa tree.

Yeah... I'm never sure what to call it myself. It's just easier to not care and assume that the L is little for some reason. Though I'm suprised they didn't call it Yggdrassil. It's a pretty common name for magic trees in rpg's.
