Hey there fellow wine drinker.... Its all good...lol

@ladyjedi You have to do what works for you. If you can still eat and you're not losing, then you probably need a fill. They made the Realize 14 cc's for a reason. :). You probably don't need much at all to get to a level of restriction so you will be able to get to 180 pounds. You might not find a lot of research, because we're all so unique. Good luck to you. Keep us posted.

I know exactly how you feel about not being able to describe the feeling about your size. It is amazing isn't it.?You look fabulous. Size 10 Rocks, but I understand what you mean about wanting to lost the last 20 pounds. How many cc's in your band now? You might not need a lot - sometimes just a little bit will do it. Good luck!

@SunnyRain247 My band is pretty full. I am close to 9 cc's in a 14 cc band. I can eat but when I feel full -- aaarrgh! Feels disgusting. At this point it is vanity. My doctor says I look great but in my mind I want to be below 200 pounds. 180 is the goal so 180 it is going to be.........I need to research how people are doing at that level of band fill.

@whinsong Thanks lady. Yes the confidence of so many women on youtube is amazing. I love watching the first few videos before the weight loss and then watch women after they have lost a substantial amount of weight. It is amazing! :) Congrats on all of your progress. So proud of you.

You look really good and congrats thus far. I know it feels good to be in a smaller size clothing. I will be getting banded next month and cant wait to be in your shoes. What type of PCOS did you have and what were some of your symptoms, like growing hair? Did you lose any of the symptoms when you lost the weight?

@BlackberrryPrincess Hey lady! I had PCOS with the following symptoms: hair (chin) and weight gain and irregular to no periods. Glucophage helped me get the periods under control, laser hair removal got rid of the hair and the weight loss got rid of my PCOS symptoms. I thank God every day I decided to have this surgery. Look at some of my before videos of my weight at 254 lbs. Praying for you!
