They are. I have unlocked and seen these cutscenes from the game myself.

And the PSX version had both the Desert and Forest. However, only one stage of each realm made the cut. They can only be accessed after destroying Skorne in the Underworld.

When I first played through the game I hadn't realised I was supposed to get the weapons to help me fight the bosses, so I would keep trying to kill the Lich King first (Which I did after 2 or 3 tries) without having gone to any of the other stages.

Why don't they make anymore Gauntlet games? I use to love playing these games ..

Also .. what was the last Gauntlet game they made?

no, legacy has the flaming pachment in the province, not the castle.

If you become level 99, not only will you have 999 of a very special powerup, you will also have access to the jukebox and movie theater (where these cutscenes can be seen at.)
