Defense: 23

Guts: 9
Right at the start use PSI rockin to greatly lower his health and take out the antoids. Keep using rockin on him until you run out of PP then just start bashing him, while making sure your health stays above 40 as theres a chance his attack will do 45 damage. Once he's defeat enter the passage and approach the track to record the first song. While you make your return to Onett all of the enemies in the cave will avoid you giving you a chance to get some good exp.
