On the 22nd of August, I'll be doing a dinner with Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Foundation at the Sydney Hilton Hotel. The Variety of Chefs event is to raise money for disadvantaged kids in your local community.
During the evening we'll have a kitchen on stage in the grand ballroom and the menu will feature my Paperbark smoked Baby Barramundi with Lemon Myrtle Hollandaise.
