scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences.
Dean has worked at Bell Labs, a US governmental agency and currently
performs research at IONS on precognition,
mind to mind communication and lot more fun stuff, all from a

The 'official report' of 'mainstream science', that being peer reviewed publications testing repeatable and observable phenomena, often says "no significant statistical correlation" between proposed causes and effects of thought processes and observable phenomena in the physical world. Occasionally, as this guy Dean Radin is investigating, there are strange things that are observable and repeatable in a scientific process of investigation.

I'm curious to know about this. You always hear about secret testing done into psychic phenomena, yet the official report of mainstream science on any type of telepathy, psychic abilities always remains "not in the real world, that's purely fictional, there's never been any hard evidence." I'd like to get to the bottom of it and know the real truth....
