The volume, which Professor Bush co-edited, includes more than 20 essays on transformative mediation theory and practice by top theorists, practitioners and researchers in the field of alternative dispute resolution. Professor Bush is the Harry H. Rains Distinguished Professor of Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Settlement Law and the co-founder and president of the board of directors the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation at Hofstra Law School.
