2 sets shoulder press 6-12 reps
2 sets upright rows 6-12 reps

perform a set of each exercise and rest do this for two rounds

this workout also hits the triceps and upper pecs :)
REST AND RECOVERY IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU SHOULD NOT HIT THESE MUSCLES AGAIN FOR AT LEAST 5 DAYS RECENTLY WE HAVE DECIDED TO REST MORE WE ARE GOING TO 7 DAYS REST BETWEEN WORKOUTS. WE ARE NATURAL BODYBUILDERS WHEN YOU DECIDE NOT TO USE PROHORMONES OR STEROIDS YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU GET ENOUGH REST SO YOUR MUSCLES CAN GROW. THAT IS WHY STEROIDS WORK SO GOOD. STEROIDS MAKE YOU RECOVER FASTER SO YOU CAN WORK OUT MORE AND HARDER. IF YOU DO NOT TAKE STEROIDS OR PROHORMONES AND YOUR EXERCISE ROUTINE IS DONE TO HARD OR INTENSE OR YOU DONOT ALLOW FOR ENOUGH REST YOUR MUSCLES WILL NOT GROW NO HYPERTROPHY!!!

  • @futureNBAstar100 by only doing those three exercises you only hit front delt, you should train everymuscle group on their own to maximize growth. in a shoulder workout you should also try and hit the side and rear delt

  • This shoulder workou is perfect, I like it very much, however the 5 days rest for a smaller muscle is too much for me, I do 2 days rest, doing shoulders on Monday and then also on Thursday, together with chest and triceps! But its indoividual....:)
