@futureNBAstar100 by only doing those three exercises you only hit front delt, you should train everymuscle group on their own to maximize growth. in a shoulder workout you should also try and hit the side and rear delt

This shoulder workou is perfect, I like it very much, however the 5 days rest for a smaller muscle is too much for me, I do 2 days rest, doing shoulders on Monday and then also on Thursday, together with chest and triceps! But its indoividual....:)
