Kenny Rogers - My World Is Over

I am so glad Kenny went with the story line of that young gal being his daughter instead of a love interest...that would've truly been yuck...it comes a time in music and hollywood when these old men with the girls under 25 is just frkkn gross...so kudos Kenny for not being gross...GB:)

I grew up with a very poor family without my father, only my Mom and 7 more siblings. I remember one rainy, cold, afternoon (I was around 3 or 4 years old) we were on our way to the store and a song of Kenny Rogers came on on the radio. I wanted to have a father so bad that I wished to God that he would send me Kenny Rogers as my father so I could see what it felt like to have a father. Every time I hear a song from him this memory comes to mind.
