  • I cant weld and the Reflux and pot stills are TOO EXPENSIVE. I wenT with this method ( the amazing bucket still)  as it was the CHEAPEST AND SAFEST DISTILLERY to buy or even make yourself.

    The Immersion Heater is the Hardest part to find (here in OZ anyway) so i just Bought the kit online from OZ!!! And yes it may not distill as quick or as potent as other stills but, IT DOES THE TRICK, and doesn't need much purification.. check out "the amazing bucket still" gooooooogle it .

  • the vapours have nowhere to go so it Condenses into liquid as soon as it reaches the cooler air, and runs down the sides of the vessel, CERTAIN types of plastic toxic. and i pour all my spirits straight into old whiskey and vodka bottles made from glass

  • methanol in reguler wash/ is nonsence/ the goverments tell u that coz they dont want us moonshiners to make it / my uncle is a chemist and he should no/ the goverments are just pissed off to fuck coz they cant tax us/ the greedy cunts/ i been making moonshine and drinking it for 20 years and my health is perfect / nice try goverment idiots ha ha

  • Missing a few essences for company comes over ;)

    Absinthe, Gin's, Cream type essences. schapps types.

  • Actually Methanol does not form off of sugar wash.

    Its a by product of pectins, parabens, oils or other fermented "non-sugar, converts"

    thats why its especially higher in wines and darker beers. or in "oak aged" cheaper products where some yeast made it to barrel.

    You also get about 1ml of methanol per liter of wash "fact btw" and the toxic dose is about 50ml.

    Harmless off of basic wash.

    The only thing other then that to increase it, is yeast stress during fermentation.

  • you have no idea what your alking about. Even if your using just sugar methanol is produced and the first bit that runs through the still is poison. Plastic during the ditiliation product will also lead to impurities in the final product. You need to use ALL copper componets or your asking for trouble.

  • if hes distilling mere sugar or molasses theres no danger of methyls, because there will be none.

    Which is what he is probably doing since he uses essence to finish his product.
