@yieldingbamboo I dont know much ab out bagua but for my own kung fu I try to use both hands together as well. Like a "bock" with one and "strike" with other, but in my mind the block and strike are both jamming forward.. so in a sense the block is an attack on their attack .. this disrupts their balance from both angles.. so when I share with friends I just discuss jamming forward with both arms at all times.. there is no "block" I am no expert though what do you think?

@micsir888 Yeah I know what you mean. Though I do not make teachings or instructions, but when I practice with friends I always try to maintain the distance that i can touch their chest or head while still having my elbow bent. It can get a bit hairy, but you get more of a feel for encounters that are not.. playing with your kugn fu brothers :) If you get bored I upload vids of our practices all the time. I'd love your comments and suggestions! have a good one brother

i hate what the attackers punches and kicks wouldn't of even made it on target. some off the moves are nice, but the display sucks.
