I bought a DOD FX25 Envelope Filter from Dweezil Zappa several years ago. Never used it till 20 minutes before I shot this video. If I'm using wrong...I'm sorry. The Swart is being pushed a little by a Dirty Boy Germanium Boy booster pedal. Yes, there's a ghost in the rig at the begining! LOL

  • Is that an vintage series tele? Judging by your guitar arsenal, it's probably a custon shop. It's a beaut. love the rosewood neck and powder blue combo. I was at my local GC, and they had a used CS tele hanging in the used gear dept. Which is weird because they usual keep them in the vintage room. It had the relic look with the RW neck. It played like a dream. The neck pup was kinda muddy in a good way. What a tone and feel. Went back the next day, It was gone. How about the 62' reissue?

  • @LesterPaul01 It's actually a Danocaster made by Dan Strain, who I think makes incredible guitars. I have seen a Fender Custom Shop Wildwood 10 Tele almost exactly like this one but the body was double bound. Very cool looking guitar. I haven't gotten to try a '62 Reissue but I've had my eye out for one. Best, T

  • hi saw your beautiful r9 on another vid, do you know the diff (if any) between an r9 and an r8??? gr8 stuff, i'm a subscriber!!! :)

  • @adidas331 Thanks for the nice comment. Basically the main differences between the R9 vs R8 are the tops(R9 having flame tops vs the usually plain tops on the R8.) The R9's usually weigh a little less. A good R8 is every bit as nice as an R9 IMHO. Hope that helps.

  • Nice sound. I like the feeling and the force that you transmit.

    Thank you!

  • Thank you for the positive words!! Best wishes and Happy Holidays! T

  • I'm looking to buy my first amp to learn guitar. I thinking about getting a Vox AC-15 or a Bugera V-22. Do you have any thoughts on these. I have a budget of $400-$450... Thanks! BTW I bought 2 guitars a gretsch Duo-jet and a Gretcsh 5129. I couldn't make up my mind on which I wanted more and end up with two. (no wife to tell me NO!) I've been messing around with a Marshall g-15-r I don't think much of... Thx

  • @Noitpure thanks for the reply,i currently own an lp custom as you may have already noticed on my avatar. my next acquisition is been pointed directly at an r8 (for now heehee...i seem to have flavors of the month). thanks again for your reply, looking forward to viewing the rest of your library. regards...

  • That little Swart sounds huge. Good funky filter demo.

  • But always remember I'm a woman. Amps/guitars are like shoes! LOL Take care, T
