Bianca sure does.
-
That makes two of us!
-
Yep, but I still prefer her (Maggie) with Bianca.
-
Didn't Maggie cheat on Bianca? Poor Bianca.

This is why I, if I am home during the day-time, that I am watching either the news or the NFL Network, NBA channel or the new MLB channel ... along with ESPN...everything else on during the day is horrible...except for ... once-in-a-while...the Travel Channel has a good program on during the day. I am glad I have a job!

What a farce! This story was written and acted so poorly that the EP had to come out to tell us what we are seeing? Let's face it, ABC never had the guts to tell a real lesbian love story. In order to soften the blow they had to involve a man. If I was a gay woman fighting for the right to legally marry, this show, this couple and this story would certainly not be my champion. It's a cheap piece of soap decorated with a "groundbreaking" tag.
I know what I see, Ms. Carruthers! Lame for sure

Oh, I definitely agree, Amanda. This sham of a same sex marriage should be exposed for the bait and switch that HW Charles Pratt really wanted to convey by involving a man with one of the lesbians. The entire gay community should be upset with this storyline. Pratt is also destroying several core characters to tell this plot driven story. Pratt and Frons are driving the audience away from AMC with these ridiculous stories that insult the viewer's intelligence.

Finally someone who has watched this farce is commenting on it and calling AMC out. JHC can point to the support the show and storyline have gotten from GLAAD and some LGBT publications, but it's obvious that they don't watch this trainwreck of a show. She should be paying attention to what actual viewers say, instead of pandering to bigots, who don't watch the show, and getting applause from attention seeking LGBT groups.
This supposed groundbreaking SL is not so groundbreaking, it is insulting. Reese is in lust with a married man I see that all the time on soaps. What I don't see on soaps or in this story is a lesbian who loves and adores her partner and wants only to be with her partner (Bianca). I can't believe this SL is getting any accolades, especially when it's not a lesbian love story it's a confused women who seems to want another womens husband. That's not admirable that's disgusting.

It disturbs me that AMC is receiving kudos in the media (other than Amanda) and from gay rights organizations for this irresponsible portrayal of gay marriage. They should have shown a realistic picture of a couple dealing with the very real challenges of same-sex couples. Meanwhile, Pratt has thrown several beloved characters under the bus for the sake of this sham of a story. Pratt and Frons are destroying AMC and no one at ABC seems to care.
