They were watching him the whole time because he was black and with a white women. Pig trash. He should ask to see the video where they were watching the whole time as soon as he stepped in the door and sue for racial discrimination.

The reason for the policy change is shown in videos like this. Wal Mart employees don't have the lawful authority to assault a shoplifter. They aren't police, they have no training to distinguish between different levels of appropriate force levels. The shop lifter in this video could of sued, not even accounting for racial discrimination. Only thing this video shoes is a bunch of caucasians beating the crap out of a minority. Not saying its right, but that explains the policy change.
