Since I broke my leg on the 1st October I've had no motivation to do any upper body conditioning. I train better when I'm with someone else and not by myself. I wasn't happy with my fitness levels way before I broke my leg and just before my accident I started to train harder and longer with my friend Will. Now I've put on half a stone.
Every 2 weeks I will post videos of myself doing various exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups and as many other exercises I can do during my recovery. I will do as many reps of the exercise as I can and then I will train everyday until 2 weeks later were I will post another video of myself doing the same exercise to see how well I have progressed. This will continue every 2 weeks.
So how fit are you? Whether your fitness is good or bad you may want to progress further. I now invite you to post your own videos of you doing the same thing as me and posting either video responses or just mailing me the link to your video. Together we can encourage each other to train harder and more often. There are a few rules for each exercise like how you rest before continuing your reps.
Physical fitness is very important and I see too many Traceurs and Free Runners not even bothering with conditioning exercises. Don't be afraid to post your videos even if you're not that fit. I know that some people will be better than me and that's what will drive me to train harder.
Hope this helps you.
and you should`t lock out your elbows fully becuse its bad for dim

@TheEUGENE104 In the video I'm doing the press-ups in accordance to the way I had to for a particular qualification. Also, by locking out your elbows you use the full range of movement of your triceps and not partial movement. Keep it up with your push ups. :)

Hey Scott, I'm Sara. Regardless of the username, I'm actually a chick. I'm going to try and join in on your video escapade. I'll follow your rules, and maybe throw in a few things of my own.
What I think you might like is that I have a similar story to your own. I'll elaborate the details in a video response, but long story short. I broke stuff too, I used to do parkour, and I haven't had motivation to become active in nearly a year. I hope jumping into this will push me along.
