.You're never too old to exercise. With this new , fun exercise DVD featuring a sing-along piano accomopaniment, you can exercise in the comfort of your own home.

Exercises are designed for older people and those with restricted mobility. Gentle seated & standing exercises to help improve circulation and strenghten muscles and joints; helping maintain mobility.

Liz has worked with older people for over 20 years. She runs a number of classes throughout north London. Ages range from 60 to 90 and above!
