Hoopmixtape I'm an amazing 5 9 white guy and I am able to dunk over people. Anyone can do it, just use the right workout. I used the one at 50inch vertical[dot]com but any training plan is good if they work that is - lol

he has the best work ethic out of the top 10 rookies drafted. && he's athletic enough to get his stats but he thinks team first. he's gonna shine in the NBA sadly he's on a bad team.
