actually the fork meathod of mixing keeps you from squishing the meat too much...keeps it light and fluffy!

You drained what out of the pan at the end? How did you get grease? You mean jiuce from turkey you got rid of to the dog? You could have just cut up that loaf and left the juice in the pan. lmao Is just water.

I just made turkey meatloaf this week!! The cheese is a good addition, I will give that a try the next time I make it!!

I use ground turkey for everything I could use ground beef for. I love the flavor, and it makes me feel a little better serving it to my family. And I agree it's the best for chili!
