Surskit Only Run: Gym Leader Wallace

Wallace is a gym leader instead of Juan in Ruby/Sapphire and he generally isn't that tough.

For this battle I saved and put on sunny day for the recording, because 2 turn solarbeams are boring and it turns into a stall war and a longer video with his milotic. You don't need sunny day to win whatsoever. I will be using sunny day again (where it arguably won't be needed) but keep in mind when I left this gym, it was still with a sunny day TM available for use.
