actually the 5 question game is much better when the girl actually realises you're 'trying to trick her' with that 4th question, so when you ask her slyly for your 5th question (after acting like she's won the game) if she's ever played the game before and she proudly answers 'No i've never played it before!!', you just say 'got you on the 5th one' and watch her face fall in her own disappointment and surprise at how you actually ended up with ther upper hand. enjoy.

What i am not really sure about this game is at the fourth question when you ask how many questions have been so far, what´s the correct answer for that questions? 3 or 4?
