@ppetrov5 thank you! I think I better start with a 3.0 and get more experienced. 4.5 is a lot of power.

@Felixketchup777 not nice. so I got the 4.9m and went out last weekend. Well, I did very well taking it between 11-1 oclock ( I did not have the courage to go to 9-2oclock) wind speed 10-13mph will be good enough. hope that helps

@Felixketchup777 after a lot of reading and taking one lesson from a kite trainer, I bought a flexifoil 4.9m blade. I am told that my size will do with anything from 3.5-5m. the smaller the kite the closer to the centre you need to be to generate the lift, but that also generates speed,

@Felixketchup777 ,not sure if had a reply yet (3months on!) but I have the same hight as you and weigh 84kg. I used the 2.5m trainer and did a lot of reading. the end product after a whole summer is...you will not jump or get dragged with this. even in 30mph wind i had a 2second jump.
redirect the kite..... in other words.... whatever side of the window you brought the kite from, take the kite back there... you never want to keep flying the kite in the same direction you had it flying prior to the jump... you will get air like that, but you will get slammed to the ground.... redirecting will bring you down softly
