This is part 2 of a video encompassing ONE segment, split into sections due to YouTube's time limit.

Part 14_ of the MMX6 minimalist speed run.

NOTE: This commentary is OPTIONAL. Check the video response beneath this video for a music-only version of the stage.

This is a speed run through X6, in its entirety, under the following restrictions: no armors, items, or weapons, no Z Sabre (except where absolutely necessary), no damage, on Xtreme difficulty, using X. No parts are equipped save one unavoidable exception which will be detailed when it transpires.

Tracks used, in order:

Hackologue - "Canon Rock 2" (Rendition of Canon Rock)
Ronald Jenkees - Synth One
Liquid Tension Experiment - Acid Rain
Antoine Dufour - Ashes In The Sea

  • Amazing run and interesting commentary; notably for Blaze Heatnix, Ground Scaravich and Metal Shark Player - Whether or not you actually see this comment much less feel the need to respond to it, I must ask the question - how much of your commentary was improvised and how much - if any - was decided upon or written down beforehand?

I also agree with your comment about X3 being overrated.

I love how Flame Hyenard popped up as the first related video upon this ones conclusion.

  • I typically think out the issues I'm going to address for a segment before I start trying to comment on it, because these challenges are very frantic and I'd ramble without a clear idea of what parts I want to talk about. Anytime I'm giving an opinion in general I obviously think quite a bit on what I'm going to say and how I'll present it. From there, though, I rant. I don't write anything down... frankly that image scares me a little. >_> I do put things through editing though.

  • I would suck up here but that seems too easy.

These videos make me wonder how you would handle some of the better doujin MegaMan clones, even though RosenKreuzStilette is the only one I'm aware of that has an X-style character instead of just original-Megaman-style characters.

Also, just so you don't feel alone, I also preferred X5 to X4. Largely because X4 didn't have Dynamo's Theme or Hunter vs. Hunter but there are other reasons.

  • Coming next, Rockman No Constan- no, no, never again. Forget I mentioned anything.

  • what a journey. I laughed, I cried, I raged. but battle network is amazing.

  • i didnt have to search for flame...I know the horror of that name.....i detest 7 to be honest.

  • I guess....no,i'm sure he didnt play bad like a beginner when he started playing this game.I guess...oh,f*ck,i'm sure he did superb result at every end of the level.

  • I started watching at X1 for the gameplay. I ended this one for the commentary. Not sure which is more entertaining yet.

  • Considering what you said in this video and the last video, I wonder where you place Mega Man 10 on your list.

  • No are probably one of the greatest commentors I've ever come across. And I'm just gonna put it out there you got a smexy voice. Just say the word and I'll be your slave any time any where.

  • So yeah about that X7 Minamalist Speed Run: BURN TO THE GROUND BURN TO THE GROUND BURN TO THE GROUND BURN TO THE GROUND BURN TO THE GROUND That is all

  • First and foremost, I loved the reviews. They were equal parts funny, thoughtful, and honest. But now to the main reason why I'm posting here.

Flame Hyenard is the biggest asshole to ever exist. If I were to meet him, there would be no force, godly or otherwise, that would spare him from the absolute wrath I would bestow upon him. I haven't seen anything else or even played that game (I won't even refer to it by its name anymore), but now I have every reason not to. Thank you HideofBeast.

  • You are a messiah.

  • Do you think it would be possible to do a no-damage run like this with Zero in this game?

Or would that just be impossible?
