WHAT IS HAPPENING? HELP!

I apologize again for the crap quality. I recorded this video two days ago, and I was watching the screen to make sure the quality was good (I even said so then). I had been planning to post the video that night, however my phone was vibrating (around the same time the video starts to fuzz out) to tell me I had a message, and when I checked it, it had a text from a private number that just had hexidecimal numbers on it and something I've seen around on some deep web sites. I'll try and upload a copy with the next video. This video took the last two days to even find on my computer. Right when it cuts out is when I read my text and my computer shut down and rebooted. It opened up in safety mode and when I finally got to where I normally save my videos, it wasn't anywhere to be found (I was naively optimistic, but I'd hope others would be too if this was happening). I checked every inch of memory I have on my computer, and still nothing. Then this showed up in one of my hidden files.

I figured it'd make more sense to tell you this and also post the link to my blog that explains my dream. I'm changing this to non-profits and activism.
