  • you have to laugh, they are breaking her life over like no money at all. Meanwhile they let that guy steal 50b and he gets to keep it all and only gets house arrest.

All these financial crooks should be drawn and quartered

  • they shouldn't be able to do this to people,

if she got scammed from a company,

this so called company that got paid,

should be sued and brought to court.

  • The banks will not even let people pay bi-weekly if that will help them.

  • Oh yea.. this scam is not even hardly talked about in the media...

But there was hope in all of that.. I am sorry no one told her about it.. Even in her situation.. there was a remedy....

  • I hope you have learned that the HAMP program and Making Home Affordablw is the biggest scam.

  • I work for a Forclosure Rescue company that keeps home owners in thare homes, and it is true we do not ask for money for us to help you, but at the end when every thing is done and the persons home is saved we do take 50% of the homes equity, but thats not till the end of it all and the person that we are helping is saved, and if the person dose not want to be in thare home do to the fact thay pay alot on it we get them in to a home thay can live in and be safe. We dont work for the banks.

  • really sad story, the gov dont protect the homeowner, protects the scams,so show me the money, pay me the taxes and no problem,o if u re a bank be ready to help u with bailout, poor scam banker , i dont want to see u homeless !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Well, America need no loan. If we don't have money we shouldn't buy that expensive house. Since this house he inherited, i don't think there is much money left to pay off. She look like 30 or 40, and she didn't have money? She must refinance the money and spend it all. Big lesson for her if she did that.

  • Oh the woes of people living high, thinking their security lies in material things instead of in their knowledge & skills. From family treasures & glamor to now crying about living in her CAR? Really now; do well-heeled women live is such a big bubble that they don't know a thing about having something called mad money, an emergency fund, a secret cash-stash hidden away? Majority of US workers have lived lean for so many years it's hard to feel sorry for people who inherit lavish comforts.

  • I may have to finance something and pay interest on it for the first time in my life, but that is only to advance myself. Not to be flashy. People these days don't want to live within their means in terms of material possessions. They want to buy on credit, enjoy it, and then die with debt and the companies know that. I say try to find joy in your life without buying a bunch of crap. It is not like it's going to be sold at auction. More than likely it will be trash. Poor investment for the kids
