I dont write off anyones words wirthout really looking at it, and i'm not going to name-call Keens like a child behind a keyboard either - but... He really hasnt been right about much. The property market caved for overpriced 1.5mil holiday property and such, but has really just leveled for your median price stuff. I think its just a reflection of the REAL inflation/wages and if people cant pay it, they dont buy it (in Aus anyway).

People love negativity, they thrive on it. The question is why doesn't he promote an exit strategy that is more sophisticated than sell up. His views are negative and the most biased I have ever heard so far. 60-70% crash in prices and zero interest rates in 2010. He is clearly an expert in nothing and that's why he rents his property instead of owning it.

we had a surplus of 20 billion in 2008, now after Rudd stimulus we now owe 100 million in interest due every day! how is that sound economics? utility prices up food prices soring! as an individual owing $100,000 to stimulate my domestic economy i borrowed $500,000 how the hell is that sound economy! climate change economy is the biggest con,one child policy, ecological rating sticker on your house costing $1500 a year, $800 carbon tax per child per year dont thing the greens are going to help!
