材料:米酒、白胡椒粉、鹽、糖、香油、花枝、肥豬肉、日本太白粉、水、薑末

做法:
1.花枝事先冷凍再將花枝切成小塊,再放入食物調裡機中,加入肥豬肉與少許的鹽,打碎。
2.薑末放入攪拌機。太白粉水、白胡椒粉、糖與酒拌勻成為醬汁,醬汁分次加入攪拌機中以中慢速拌勻。
3.最後再加入香油1大匙,調裡機轉快速拌勻即可
4.煮一鍋80度的熱水,以小火持續維持溫度。
5.用手捏出大小適中的丸子,用湯匙把手中的丸子撥入熱水中,讓熱水將丸子泡熟。
6.煮到丸子中心彈性一致,如果沒有馬上要吃,就先放涼之後再放入冰箱保存。
