  • you never drop the ball beside your foot it makes your mind tink the ball is goin be ouside your foot which gets you to chase the ball to the outside and screws you all up you always imagine the ball is there and follow through without a ball if you were an expert you would know about this

  • its a proper step drill. without taking consistent straight steps you will never be able to punt worth a shit

  • its a drill to tach you to keep the ball steady while moving but if he knew what he was talkin about he would know not to avoid the ball while kickin cause it will mess up anyone
