I don't speak Russian or whatever language that is.. A demo on kicking is one thing.. Do you think she would be able to do that against a real fighter? In any case, just because it is a demo on kicking doesn't mean the punching should be bogus. Moreover I doubt she thinks there is anything 'wrong' with the egg beater punches.

In Italy a proverb exists: "the perfection is not of this world". When you make a video is unavoidable that there are some imperfections, especially why we do not have to hit the partner truly. However I accept the critic.

Chain punching is bullschit when there is no body connection.. You can tell if there is body connectin by how fast the punches are.. If the person is focused on speed of punches--an egg beater, then the body is not in sync..and thus these is no real power..

Are you looking at the right video and listening to the right audio? This is a demonstration on kicking and not on punching.
