I think the guy was jumping and holding one sword and the other sword flew into a position that, from a certain angle, looked like he was holding two swords.

For now, there is no way to unlock recon armor unless Bungie gives it to you specifically.
(One of the players who got it posted a video where he got killed by a traffic cone on The Pit...)

i have to ask are these screenshots striaght from the game or are they edited i have to know because some of these are unbelievable. if some aren't who cares their still badass. if you edit any of them you have to tell me what program you use.

90 percent of the shots are straight from the game, with no editing at all. There are some that are too bright or too dark, so slight editing is required. But besides cropping and brightness (levels and curves), there is no heavy editing at all.
The video editing program I use is Sony Vegas.
