I think this is from training camp in LaCrosse, WI. The person that asked the question is Brian Allee-Walsh with the Times-Picayune Newspaper in New Orleans. He now has a sports blog at the SportsNola website.

Just saw the Super Bowl 24 DVD disc containing the 1989 season and it is indeed from that season. I'll let you know if I find which game.

I have just confirmed that it is definitely from 1989. It's on the road to Super Bowl XXIV DVD disc. Unfortunately, I'm still not sure what game it's from. But it is definitely from the 1989 season.
