Hey peter im Moazzam Yousaf iv been trying to get hard cardio and abs but nothing seems to work i'v tryed sit ups and more but nothing works. What should I do?

yo man, sit ups wont work, try doing exercises that work various muscle groups
you cant target just one area for fat loss some exercises are squating, deadlifts and the benchpress as those all use quite a few muscles. base your program around that and than some cardio and you should be set
also check out peters fat burning work outs those are SICK if you have the equipment
