  • creme was beautiful but it was a 40 second shot, no?

note: props for the pavina cups, i just love those

  • jepp, was not a correct 20sec thing, but tasts great anyway! i also love this cup, use it at work with my nespresso "thing".

  • wow your gaggia has the portafilter all the way to the side, pushing it maybe a bit too hard when you lock it in, lol.

but im guessing that was a very fresh roast, seemed to have a lot of gas in it.

    how did it taste?

  • hey, u r right, that portafilter is not for my gaggia, ordered the wrong one... so i have to push it as far as i can...

btw, the shot tasted great ;-)

  • Nice shot! Did you use fresh roasted beans?

  • absolutely beautiful and spot on up to 32 seconds. I have the same pavina cups :)

  • @SeanofZeus look up "bottomless portafilter"

  • @SloParkour I must point out that it does not matter how long the shot runs for. There are so many variables to keep in mind which will effect the duration of the shot. For example in the World Barista Championship, if you can tell the judges the exact taste of your espresso's it won't matter if your shots run for 45 seconds or even 15 seconds (those shot durations are only to exemplify my point).

  • how do you get a coffee so? What car do you use?

  • what kinda group handle is that? you dont get the classic mouse tails because it looks like what you would find if the group handle wasent even there. sup?

  • Hollow portofilter :D

  • Look at that extraction cone and tell me if it looks normal to you.

Diagnosis: Temperature is way too damn high.

  • Sexy
