Count Your Blessings Name Them One By One - Hymn Tune Blessings. This beautiful Hymn has always been one of my favorites. I start the Hymn in D Major and on the last verse, elevate to E Flat with a Full organ sound ( Swell coupled to Great ). I do not like to rush this Hymn like so many other Musicians often do, this is the Tempo George Beverly Shea always sang it too.

" Our LORD JESUS CHRIST - has Blessed us with every spiritual Blessing..." Ephesians 1:3
" Man, O LORD my GOD, are Thy wonderful works..." Psalm 40:5

I always count my Blessings and Thank the LORD for everything HE has done for me - I am sure you do also and someday you will hear: " Well done faithful servant..."

Thank you for visiting my video's and if you have Headphone's, please use them while listening to my video's to hear the nice spatial separation and pedals.

  • Frequently sang this at Sunday school and at the start of each school day during morning assembly. What happened to those? Children today might benefit from a hymn or two and a prayer to start the day, it never did us any harm. My grandma would be so happy to know that I can listen to the old hymns and sing along using her hymnal. A lovely old tune, thanks Lance.

  • You're welcome - you are one of my Blessings †

  • do you compose, friend?

  • I have in the past - usually just play Hymns now and read from the Hymnals what great composers before me have written - thank you for visiting my channel.

  • Very Christ Honoring. I Love Beautiful Organ Music.

  • this really helped me with the timing i use for the song GREAT!!!

  • Greetings Mr. Lance,

It's been my experience that sometimes the things you can't see with your earthly eyes have a way of being more real then the things that you can see with your earthly eyes. I guess this is all that faith is, believing in what goes unseen by mortal eyes.

By the way, did you ever hear of the tornado that tore though Parsons, KS. on April 19, 2000? The night before the tornado hit, someone took a picture of an angel in the glow of the spring carnival lights.

  • Very nice Lance.

I'm doing progress on my organ. Now playing "The Lord's My Shepherd" without mistakes (when I'm concentrated enough..).

    Regards,

    Roger
