People get rabid on both sides of this because BOTH parties were in error. The cop had too little patience, BUT Massey was simply an idiot. Yes, the cop should have told him clearly why he was being ticketed and how to proceed if he objected. Massey should NEVER have turned his back and said, "What the hell is wrong with you?!" You don't have to be in a position of power to know that's stupid and a big red flag.

This Cop should be dismissed. A guy does not have to sign and he was not even speeding. What an asshole. Arrested too.....Looks like Utah has its bad share of COPS. Wow!!!! I hope somebody posted this and took him to court.

That moron came up to the police officer from behind, refused to follow instructions when held at taserpoint, questioned the police officer's authority and had the nerve to be a prick about it. You just never know what a bastard like that might be planning.

Very subtle.. I was thinking the cop asked him to get out, and the guy has pointed towards the speed limit sign as stated, and the cop has told him at taser point to get into back into the car. Evident by his confusion. But yes we never know what people are planning right?
