You see most people in need of cancer treatments or heart care don't pay for it if they cant, most of these people are helped by charities. bribing doctors ? so paying doctors well is a form of bribery now ? your head aint up to this task. America does have the best cancer treatment in the world, as well as heart condition treatment, thats why Paul Martin, Jean Chretian and Belinda Stronach all used American health care when they had heart and cancer scares. In fact the only recent PM who hasn't used American health care is Stephen Harper. go figure.
