This is the Best Sound segment from The 64th Annual Academy Awards in 1992 (1991 year). Tom Johnson, Gary Rydstrom, Gary Summers and Lee Orloff took it for "Terminator 2: Judgment Day." "Blade Runner" fans should get a kick out of this one, as Edward James Olmos and Daryl Hannah present the award.

Also nominated were: "Backdraft", "Beauty and the Beast", "JFK" and "The Silence of the Lambs."

  • @ChiknThighTatorPie

Yeah, because morons like the people behind movies like Clash of the Titans don't know what the fuck they're doing with said technology. James Cameron does know and those morons could learn a lot from him... if they could pull their heads out of their own asses.

  • Who would've thought technology would kill quality cinema?

  • Anyone know what the music is that plays when they walk on stage?
