Cave Story+ - Moonsong (New)

Moonsong as heard when you have the music setting set to "New". Pretty sure this is identical to the one used in the Wii version, but whatever. Just kind of felt like uploading it, even found a nice picture to go along with it (and I looped the song once because why not). Probably the most well-known song in Cave Story, and for a good reason. Although I still can't decide which version of Moonsong I like better. Both are so nice in their own way...

Anyway, recently got Cave Story+ from the Humble Bundle! So what if I basically payed $5 for a "Plus", I am loving it. x3 In fact, you all should be awesome and consider getting the Humble Bundle yourself. It comes with this fantastic game among many others (as well as their soundtracks!), and the money goes to indie game developers/charity. Goes on until December 27th I think.

I've heard of the game before, but i just ignored it. I'm glad that i bought the Indie Bundle. That game is a jewel.

Lemme go ahead and reword it in a way that doesn't make me sound like a jackass.

I kind of like the "new" versions of the sountracks better than the "original" or "remastered" besides the opening/plantation theme.

I think I like the original better. But this sounds good too, almost like a lullaby.

I don't think that this version works in the context of the game; it's far too sleepy to truly mesh with everything that happens on the Outer Wall.

HOWEVER! As a remix, it's fantastic.
