I live near the area where this happened and what disturbed me the most was that the other children in his class told media that this little boys nickname is Waka Flocka and that is what they call him in school. A 9 yr old stated that he told her he got the tattoo to look more like Waka. #fail

i don't think it's wrong. he wanted it. if my brother/sister died i would want one too. the freakin cops should let him. if he wants it. i'm 12 and i want one too. but i can wait a year or 2 becouse i don't have a reason. altough i live in Holland and the laws are a little bit different, but it doesnt matter, becouse if i would lose my brother/sister i couldn't stop crying.

I think if the child was 16 with a consent from their parents it shouldn't be a problem. Now for a 10 year old, that's just wrong. I mean where does she put her foot down on? It's just like telling her kid to do drugs or something. I mean yes I understand that they did lose a blood relative such as his brother/ son. But come on. He's just a child and being a mother. I don't want to judge her motherly skills, but that's just wrong.
