I saw Ian and the band in a North Finchley pub in 1975 and they were truly brilliant. He used lyrics to amuse himself as well as the audience.  Totally one of a kind RIP Ian

He had suffered from polio.
There where I think three disabled guys in the band.
Ian and the drummer and the sax player.

The person who wrote the comment that Ian has a large head and small arms is obviously ignorant to the fact that Ian had polio as a child and as a consequence had 'wasted' arms as a result. He remains a hero to all who knew and loved his music!

This song, for some reason, is strangely appealing to me, and I`ve no idea. I think it`s just a perfect musical blend and a great base line! Great to listen to!
