The guy at 1:28 should have his lawyer file a motion for dismissal because of the prosecution can't get their act together and put a case together, especially with no evidence, then your right to a SPEEDY TRIAL is being violated and a motion for dismissal should at least be entered if it has not been done already.

Duke and Hofstra are FAR from isolated cases. I used to work at a crisis management center for a Major bank. If you judge the amount of bank robberies by what you only hear in the mainstream news, then you would think that such robberies are very rare, but in fact in NYC alone you can have anywhere from 3-10 bank robberies a day. If the public knew how common they were there would be panic. Most are just people passing notes or asking for money without a gun, but they still occur way more!

You MUST REGAIN your Sovereignty in order to get your rights BACK and get out from under this insane and ridiculous Maritime/Corporate laws that we are all under.

If he had done this, he would have known that once you get back to the common law instead of the Admiralty/Maritime law, they have to prove that a crime was committed or else admit that they're operating under an Maritime/Admiralty court which is about commerce, NOT the common law under the Constitution!!
