http://www.clasificadosyanuncios.org/trabajo/tiempo-completo/global-access--c... multinational company leader in source of intelligent information is seeking for responsible for providing direction and leadership for global team administering of access collaboration services, managing and maintaining enterprisewide systems, including active directory ip services (dns, dhcp, isa/tmg, gss) identity management systems strong authentication (rsa) vpn and remote access internal services applications systems support file access sharepoint webex essential daytoday responsibilities plan, implement and maintain access and collaboration services throughout the organization. establish service levels, standards and procedures to ensure high quality service delivery and business continuity across the enterprise. ensure budgetary prudence. maintain and control the quality of the services provided through monitoring and reporting on their performance. leverage global resources to ensure most efficient and cost effective management and support of the applications. evaluate current applications and develop new technologies and products to improve business processes. engage in proactive planning aligned with the short term operational, medium term tactical and longer term strategic goals of the business. organize and direct work of the team responsible for the services listed above under purpose scope. manage and develop direct reporting staff manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets work with other internal services and business divisions to accomplish goals. qualifications education college degree required. additional training in management and problemsolving techniques, such as project management highly desirable required skills (must have), necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience technical requirements o eight to ten years of broad technical experience, of which at least five should be in operations and/or technical support . o significant experience managing a microsoft environment (windows server 2003/2008, active directory) o detailed, working knowledge of network fundamentals, such as ip addressing, routing functions, dhcp, dns, isa/tmg required. o strong technical experience with ssl vpn, san/nas file servers managerial experience o three to five years experience in managing technical personnel and multiple complex projects and activities. o experience of global team management. excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others, including senior management. proven organizational and planning skills. demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities. proven experience influencing the outcome of events to achieve desired results. ability to perform effectively under pressure or opposition. every interested should send your resume in english to .x. global access collaboration manager ref. 159 email de contacto en las imagenes
