My mom, fiance, and i all went to investigate the Baker Hotel. I took a few pictures of it because it's just an amazing building.

I live in mineral wells and there is a for sure gang that is on the 4th floor

I think I can explain the light in that one room. At night, a pretty tough gang uses the 4th floor as their 'territory'. You don't enter their territory or they will be pretty brutal from what I've heard. They occasionally go to other stories I believe, and I think they occasionally wander about the place.
I pass through here each time my way out to worth ranch. A staff tradition for the summer camp is to go to baker at midnight. I haven't gone yet but will next year. Maybe... heh!

why do people leave nice places to rot......then try to sell it when it costs more to repair.......

@mermaidgirl9595 The Owners couldn't keep the income coming in. Business owners bought it thinking they could make millions and i think they ended up going bankrupt.
